Yeoldon House is situated at the end of a private drive ensuring peace and privacy at all times. The gently sloping gardens provide delightful areas to sit and enjoy the scene either in front of the hotel with a pot of tea or a glass of wine or down beside the tinkling waterfall watching the fish gliding through the pond.

On entering the hotel you will be instantly aware of its tranquillity and warmth. The cosy lounge beckons, inviting you to sit and relax with a book or newspaper whilst the historical stained glass windows and fascinating pictures and artefacts demand closer inspection.

The hotel is beautifully maintained with great attention paid to detail. Considerable refurbishment has taken place in recent years with the owners seeking to create a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere where comfort is a priority and excellent service the norm.

" Having spent 30 years in London, 17 of them as the executive chef of a four star, 300 bedroom hotel, my dream was to own my own country house hotel. I wanted to produce high quality food using local ingredients wherever possible and to be able to offer it to guests in a lovely setting. Jennifer and I searched the country from the Pennines to Penzance and fell in love with Yeoldon House the minute we stepped out of the car. We want our guests to feel welcome and comfortable and we want them to return time and time again..."
